BDP Congress, as a member of MPI-Meeting Professional International and ICCA - International Congress & Convention Association, is a PCO (Professional Congress Organiser) knows that every seminar and symposium, conference, and congress, has its special needs. The main target for BDP as your possible PCO is to ensure efficient and high quality collaboration in terms with planning, preparation, and on-site support phases.
During the planning phase, BDP elaborates a timetable and offers advice in selecting a venue, developing your conference materials, and website design. During the preparation, we offers networked and sophisticated registration software that is always custom-designed for your conference. Accommodation management, funding and sponsorship sourcing, financial management, exhibition plan, and social events or transportations arrangements are also fully supported by BDP. Venue liaison, staff-support, registrations, work connected onsite, and problem shootings are included in our on-site management.
As a company of the 21st century, BDP Congress not only aims for a successful and smooth congress handling to be carried out, but also includes the caring for the environment as our policy.
