BDP Congress, as a member of MPI - Meeting Professional International and ICCA - International Congress & Convention Association, is a PCO who (Professional Congress Organiser) knows that every seminar and symposium, conference, and congress and country, has its special needs. The main target for BDP as your possible PCO is to ensure efficient and high quality collaboration in terms of planning, preparation and on-site support phases.

Our staff handles various international destinations and understands the needs and culture of each destination - from Scandinavia to Europe and even Cuba.

During the planning phase, BDP elaborates a timetable and offers advice in selecting a venue, developing your conference materials, and website design. During the preparation, we offer a sophisticated registration software that is always custom-designed for your conference. Accommodation management, funding and sponsorship sourcing, financial management, exhibition plan, and social events or transportation arrangements are also fully supported by BDP. Venue liaison, staff-support, registrations, work connected onsite, and problem shootings are included in our on-site management.

As a company of the 21st century, BDP Congress not only aims for a successful and smooth congress handling to be carried out, but also includes the caring for the environment as our policy. With BDP Congress, we also aim to have a wide range of sub-contracted suppliers who supports green meetings to make your conference “greener” than others.
